Role Overview
Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership on a part-time basis.m for a sub $100mm manufacturing company. In this 10-hour-per-week role, you’ll help guide financial planning, improve reporting, and support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Review financial statements and communicate key insights to leadership.
- Advise on financial strategy, growth plans, and cost management.
- Strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements.
- Support annual planning and other finance projects as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred.
- Significant experience in senior finance or CFO-level roles.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Experience advising business owners or executive teams.
- Proficiency with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a focused part-time schedule.
