Role Overview
Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking a hands-on Controller for an established agricultural company. Work directly with ownership to lead accounting operations, strengthen financial reporting, and guide decisions that improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, financial statements, and daily accounting operations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and seasonal cash flow.
• Oversee crop and production costs, inventory accounting, and profitability reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate audits and tax preparation.
• Lead the accounting team and improve systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership.
• Agriculture, produce, or food processing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and ERP skills; Famous Software experience a plus.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
