Chief Financial Officer – Manufacturing

Role Overview
Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking an experienced CFO for an established manufacturing company. Partner directly with the CEO and ownership to lead financial strategy, improve profitability, and support growth while overseeing accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, and compliance.
• Partner with plant leadership to analyze production costs, inventory, margins, and operational performance.
• Evaluate capital investments, equipment purchases, and expansion opportunities.
• Manage banking relationships, financing, audits, and external tax advisors.
• Develop the finance team and improve ERP systems, reporting, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial experience, including senior leadership within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory valuation, GAAP, and financial planning.
• Experience managing banking relationships, capital planning, and working capital.
• Ability to translate financial results into clear recommendations for ownership and operations.
