Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a dynamic finance team in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department by managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
