Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and ensure accuracy in financial records. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Help prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles
