Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee complex accounting tasks, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support month-end and year-end close processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
