Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage complex accounting tasks, ensure compliance with regulations, and support month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Manage month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and tax filings
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
