Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience leading accounting functions, manage financial controls, and support strategic decision-making to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and regulatory agencies
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets
- Lead and mentor accounting staff to promote professional development and high performance
- Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and risk management initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
