Role Overview
Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, planning, and operational performance for a growing organization. This executive will partner with senior leadership to drive sustainable growth, strengthen financial controls, and support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, audit, and risk management functions.
- Provide timely, accurate financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership and the board.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators, internal controls, and financial policies.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, capital planning, and investment decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and operational performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; CPA, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including CFO or senior financial management experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls.
- Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience leading teams and collaborating effectively with executives, boards, lenders, and external partners.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a strategic, results-oriented approach.
