Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview
Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking a strategic, hands-on CFO to lead financial planning and operations for a client organization. The CFO will partner with executive leadership to guide business decisions, strengthen financial performance, and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial strategies, forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
- Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and financial reporting functions.
- Deliver clear financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, risks, and key business metrics.
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and develop the finance team while improving processes and systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Significant senior-level experience in finance or accounting leadership.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.
- Experience guiding strategic decisions and managing organizational risk.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools.
