In this role, you will be responsible for generating accurate invoices, maintaining billing records, and supporting the overall accounts receivable function. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients and customers in a timely manner
- Review and verify billing data, purchase orders, and contracts for discrepancies
- Post payments and maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, disputes, and account balances
- Reconcile billing reports and assist with month-end closing processes
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, payments, and related documents

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism
