Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Controller to support the financial leadership team in managing accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining compliance and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and tax filings
- Lead and mentor accounting staff to promote professional development and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism
