Role Overview

Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist for a valued client in the Fresno area. This position will manage daily receivables activity, support accurate cash application, and help maintain strong customer relationships through timely and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices, credits, payments, and account adjustments accurately and efficiently
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Contact customers regarding past-due invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• Research and resolve account issues in coordination with internal departments
• Prepare accounts receivable reports and assist with month-end closing activities
• Maintain organized, accurate documentation and customer records

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework or degree preferred
• Strong understanding of invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
