A/P Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced A/P Supervisor to lead our accounts payable team and ensure accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounts payable processes and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations
- Manage and mentor A/P staff, providing training and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Prepare and analyze A/P reports for management review
- Maintain accurate records and support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounts payable experience, including supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of A/P processes, accounting principles, and internal controls
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
