Salary: $78,000 – $90,000

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
• Oversee inventory accounting and cost allocations
• Analyze production costs and identify variance drivers
• Ensure GAAP compliance
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights and operational support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• ERP system experience required
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
