Accounting Manager

Salary: $110,000 per year

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys leading processes, improving financial systems, and supporting strategic decision-making within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP/accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
