The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, compliant, and available to support ongoing projects and service needs. This role is for someone who enjoys being hands-on while also staying organized and working closely with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate fleet usage for projects and service jobs
• Oversee routine vehicle inspections and ensure fleet readiness
• Perform and/or coordinate basic vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, brake and tire replacements, and minor mechanical repairs
• Track vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and service documentation
• Ensure fleet compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Communicate with internal teams to support operational needs and minimize downtime

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fleet management or a similar role
• Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
