Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
• Match purchase orders and receipts (3-way matching)
• Prepare weekly check runs and assist with ACH/wire payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain organized records of vendor files and payment documentation
• Assist with month-end close tasks, including AP reporting and reconciliations
• Support the accounting team with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting or administrative experience (AP experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
