Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements for multiple entities
• Perform and review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analyses
• Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including variance and performance analysis
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting procedures and efficiency
• Participate in ERP-related projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience at the senior level
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
