Our client in the property management space is seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This role requires hands‑on experience managing a high volume of invoices in a fast‑paced environment, along with strong Excel skills and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Process 300+ invoices per week accurately and efficiently
- Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain organized and auditable AP records
- Assist with month‑end close activities related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and payments
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Accounts Payable experience
- Proven experience working in high‑volume AP environments
- Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas required)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
