A dispatcher is responsible for managing the flow of work within an organization. This may include coordinating the movement of goods, people, or equipment, and ensuring that orders and requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.

Location: Fresno|Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm| Compensation: $50K-$60K|

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing requests for services or deliveries
• Assigning work to teams or individuals based on availability and skills
• Tracking the status of orders or deliveries and updating relevant parties
• Communicating with customers, team members, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
• Maintaining records and logs of work completed
• Ensuring that safety protocols are followed
• Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the roadway throughout the immediate area
• Ability to work in a team environment in high-pressure situations
• 2+ years experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
