Location: Fresno area|Benefits: Great Benefits package|Compensation: $85K-$100K|Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing costs, pricing, and manufacturing processes to identify areas of improvement.
• Preparing budgets, cost forecasts, and analyzing variances.
• Conducting cost analysis and reporting on key operational metrics
• Assisting with inventory management and reconciliation
• Providing support for financial audits and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Developing and implementing cost accounting systems and processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance
• Mentoring and training junior team members

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 years of cost accounting experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• advanced Excel proficiency
• experience with cost accounting software is also preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
