Location: Madera area| Compensation: $70K-85K DOE|Benefits: Great Benefits Package|Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm|Industry: Healthcare

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of payroll and related tax filings
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
• Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process
• Develop and maintain internal control procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP
• Provide support for financial audits and tax filings
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff
• Maintains general ledgers with the preparation of journal entries
• Cash management including deposits, payments, bank reconciliation, and cash flow

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
