Location: Delano| Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm| Benefits: Exceptional Benefits package|

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections
• Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company
• Monitors compliance with safety procedures
• Inspection reports and document inspection findings
• Prepare and schedule training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Excellent written and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or similar software
• 5+ years experience in food manufacturing or the AG industry

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in environmental safety, Occupational Safety, and Health or related field
