We are seeking an experienced Operations Systems Analyst to join our team at our food manufacturing facility. The Operations Systems Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and improving the systems and processes that support the production and distribution of our food products. Location: Selma area| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm| Compensation range: $100K-$120K plus Bonus!|Exceptional Benefits offered 

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the production process
• Develop and implement solutions to improve production efficiency and reduce waste
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot problems in the production process
• Collaborate with IT staff to ensure that production systems are integrated and functioning properly
• Evaluate new technologies and implement them as needed to improve operations
• Provide training and support to other team members on the use of production systems and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., operations management, industrial engineering)
• 3+ years of experience in operations analysis or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with production management software
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
