Maintenance Personnel

Maintenance personnel plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipment.

Location: Madera area| Compensation: $18-$20 DOE| Schedule: Mon-Fri|

Responsibilities:

• Repairs to facility and equipment within the company
• Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing, and construction work
• Safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipment
• Construction projects for the improvement of the company facility
• Installation of new equipment
• Must be able to work safely
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have a High school Diploma or equivalent
• Great Communication
• High attention to detail
• Must have some college or recognized and documented training
• Experience in an industrial or construction trade would be advantageous
• Must be willing to work outside normal working hours as required
• Must be able to work well as a team member

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to climb ladders
• Be able to lift heavy objects
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments
