The ideal candidate must test and repair electrical/electronic and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. location: Madera area| Schedule: Tues-Saturday (schedule is rotated)| Compensation: $26-$35 DOE|Benefits: Exceptional benefits and 401K with 4% matching|Industry: Food Manufacturing industry

Responsibilities:

• Maintain company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment
• Determine the reasons for any malfunctions of systems or components, and create a maintenance or repair plan to solve the problem
• Recommends spare parts and materials needed to keep inventory on hand
• Document and maintain daily paperwork
• Comply with OSHA Safety, NEC, and HACCP
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
• Inspect on a routine basis electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures and other components to ensure they remain functional and are up to code, as well as to identify any hazards or issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

• System instrumentation controls troubleshooting and configuration
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral insructions with minimal direction
• Ability to work with a team environment and with external partners
• 5+ years’ experience in electrical maintenance or associated work
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills
• Problem solver
