Location: Kingsburg area| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm| Compensation: $70K-$75K| Benefits Package: Great Benefits Package!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Join a dynamic and innovative team as a key player in driving the company’s technology strategy forward
  • Get hands-on experience managing and leading a team of IT professionals, as well as mentoring and developing their skills
  • Take charge of the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge computer systems and network infrastructure
  • Infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs, and bring new and exciting solutions to the table
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive company and client data through the implementation of industry-leading security measures
  • Stay at the forefront of technology trends and advancements, and play a key role in evaluating and incorporating new solutions into the company’s tech stack
  • Participate in the creation of policies and procedures for technology use and security, and help enforce them across the organization
  • Engage with upper management to communicate the impact of technology initiatives on the business, and drive strategic technology decisions forward

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills: The ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals, as well as manage projects and budgets
  •  A deep understanding of computer systems, network infrastructure, and information security, as well as experience with a variety of hardware and software platforms
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills: The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, as well as analyze and evaluate new technologies and solutions

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
