We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager with experience in the food manufacturing industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure and systems, including implementing and maintaining hardware and software, overseeing cybersecurity measures, and providing technical support to employees. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new technologies that can improve efficiency and productivity within the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s IT infrastructure and systems, including hardware and software
• Oversee cybersecurity measures to protect against data breaches and other threats
• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Identify and implement new technologies that can improve efficiency and productivity within the company
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Stay up-to-date with developments in the IT industry and ensure that the company’s systems and processes are in line with best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong technical skills, including experience with hardware and software systems
• Experience implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and regulations is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
