Location: Selma area| Compensation: $70K-$85K |Benefits: Exception Benefits| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies, plans, and policies
• Manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effective solutions
• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all hardware and software systems
• Lead the selection, implementation, and deployment of manufacturing-specific technology systems such as ERP
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, and align technology solutions with those needs
• Develop and maintain technical security measures to protect sensitive information
• Manage the IT team and provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Troubleshoot scanners
• Network Infrastructure

Skills and  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on manufacturing technology
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Knowledge of current and emerging technologies in the manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of IT security, data protection regulations, and data management best practices.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
