Location: Madera area|Compensation: $75K-$85K| Schedule: Hybrid| Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm|

• Payroll
• Onboarding and off-boarding
• Food Safety Compliance
• Audits
• Report injuries
• Food Safety Organic Compliance

Skills and Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Farming/Manufacturing experience is required
• High attention to detail
• Great communication
• Food Safety and HR experience

Education: 

• Bachelors Degree
