Stardom Employment Consultants is now hiring an HR Generalist. We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic manufacturing organization. As an HR Generalist in a fast-paced, production-driven environment, you will play a key role in supporting the HR needs of our employees and the business. You will have a strong understanding of HR laws and regulations, as well as experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration.

Location: Selma area| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm |Compensation: $70K-$85K| Benefits: Exceptional Benefits Package

Responsibilities:

• Manage the employee relations program, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support the talent acquisition process, including posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, and assist with benefit-related inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including employee files, HR databases, and personnel action forms
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and policies that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives
