HR Generalist

Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our human resources team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support in all areas of human resources, including but not limited to employee relations, talent acquisition, and employee benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR regulations and laws and will have experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

 

Location: Kingsburg area| Benefits: Exceptional Benefits| Compensation: $70K-$85K| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations issues, including but not limited to investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
  • Support talent acquisition activities, including posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Provide support to HR Manager
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour laws.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including but not limited to employee files, personnel policies, and benefits information
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including but not limited to employee relations, benefits, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Strong understanding of HR regulations and laws
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
