Location: Gustine area| Compensation: $75K-$85K| Schedule: Hybrid| Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm|

Responsibilities: 

• Payroll
• Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development
• Primary liaison with legal counsel and workers’ compensation broker and carrier
• Manage and implement health and safety programs, to ensure compliance with laws, regulations ad company policies, but most importantly, to ensure employee safety
• Onboarding and off-boarding
• Food Safety Compliance
• Audits
• Report injuries
• Food Safety Organic Compliance
• Explanation of benefits

Skills and Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Farming/Manufacturing experience is required
• High attention to detail
• Great communication
• Food Safety and HR experience

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree
