Here are the details:

Location: Fresno| Compensation: $100K-$150K| Full-Time

Note: HR Consultant can be anywhere in California with monthly travel into Fresno

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to set priorities and meet deadlines

• Creating employee handbook

• Writing, Creating HR policies & procedural manual

• Overseeing the implementation and integration of new policies, procedures, tools, and strategies
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of new employees
• Job description creation

• Benefits administration and new plan implementation with Brokerage Firm & Carrier

• Onboarding, Recruiting and hiring HR Staff

• Org Chart Creation & Training of New HR Staff

• Setting up an automated payroll system with an IT consulting firm

• Worker’s Compensation Workflow Written Policies
• EDD Unemployment

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in a progressive HR Career and Exceptional Leadership Skills

• MBA required

• PHR Certification preferred
• AG experience or related field

• Excellent computer skills and experience with ATS, Payroll, and HR management software

• Full understanding of HR legislation, policies, and procedures

• Good knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities
