Location:Clovis area| Compensation range: $80K-$100K| Benefits package paid by the company| Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm|

Responsibilities:

• Implement plant-wide informational training
• Manage Quality Budget
• Ensure good manufacturing practices along with company SOP’s and SSOP’s are followed at all times
• Encourage employee initiative and innovation
• Complete accident investigations and report within 24 hours of the incident
• Implement and monitor training for new hires and re-training current employees
• Lead Food Safety Team
• Encourage employee initiative and innovation

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in food safety and quality in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing or related field
• Great attitude
• Strong leadership skills
• Problem solver
• Microsoft Office
• Outlook

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a related field
