Location: Porterville area| Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm|Benefits: Exceptional Benefits package| Compensation range: $80K-$95K

Responsibilities: 

• Align corporate, regional, and local EHS goals and strategies
• Lead EHS audits and inspections developing corrective and preventative action plans as needed
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives on EHS policies and programs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations
• Lead environmental health and safety training programs 
• Workers’ Compensation, investigate and analyze occupational incidents and workers’ compensation claims

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Ability to present material clearly and engage the audience
• Possess an internal customer service-oriented attitude
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail
• Great communication skills

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health; Safety Science; Environmental Science; Engineering or a related field is preferred
