We have an outstanding job opportunity for an Environmental Health and Safety Manager role. The candidate will be responsible for implementing programs and training to create a safe workplace and work towards a zero-free injury work environment.

Location: Selma area| Compensation range: $80K-$95K| Exceptional Benefits Package| Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm|

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best Safety practices for a safe work environment
• Conduct accident, injury, and physical damage investigations ensuring timely completion
• Responsible for the creation, development, and implementation of the safety curriculum
• Manage safety training programs and deliver safety training including Forklift Safety, CPR First Aid, etc.
• Monitor and document all training, maintaining record-keeping associated with safety, Environmental, and Health requirements
• Safety Osha, CUPA logs, and reporting
• Investigate, review and analyze occupational incidents and worker’s compensation claims to identify roof of cause and recommend preventative options

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health; Safety Science; Environmental Science; Engineering or a related field is preferred
