Stardom Employment Consultant is now hiring. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to inform business decisions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing data analysis and reporting processes to support the company’s goals and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop actionable insights.

Location: Visalia area| Compensation: $80K-$110K plus 10%| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm|401K and Pension Plan

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from various sources
• Use statistical methods and data visualization techniques to analyze data and identify trends
• Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams
• Design and implement data analysis and reporting processes
• Work with IT and other teams to improve data integrity and reliability
• Identify key performance indicators and develop metrics to measure progress
• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
• Stay current on industry trends and new analytical methods

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or QlikView
• Proficient in SQL and experience with database management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
• Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing platforms is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
