Location: Fresno| Compensation: $90K-$150K|Benefits: Exceptional Benefits| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to the division, including developing and executing the financial strategy to support the division’s growth and profitability
• Oversee the financial reporting and analysis functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis, and provide recommendations to senior management on cost savings and profitability improvements
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and regulations
• Manage financial risk and support business decision-making by providing insights and recommendations on financial and operational performance
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key financial partners, including banks, investors, and external auditors
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure their ongoing success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, including experience in the transportation industry
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record of driving results and delivering value in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
