Stardom Employment Consultants is now hiring for Business Development. opportunity. We are a rapidly growing organization with a strong focus on client satisfaction and market expansion. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients.
location: CA|Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm | Compensation:$50K-$60K plus Commission
Must reside in California
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new market opportunities and create sales strategies to capitalize on them
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasting to management
- responsible for growing the company’s revenue through sales activities such as lead generation, networking, and relationship building
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
