• Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and procedures, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that project objectives are met.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analyze data to support business decisions.
• Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Participate in budget planning and forecasting.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior business analysts.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a business analyst
• Power BI
• SQL
• Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools is a plus
