Stardom Employment Consultants is now hiring an HR/Benefits Admin. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This includes managing employee relations, recruitment and retention, performance management, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This is an outstanding opportunity in with plenty of room for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Handles benefit enrollments, changes, questions, and concerns raised by participants
- Ensures the timely processing of the various benefit plan enrollments, terminations, changes, disability, and accident
- Review and audit health claims; process invoices for self-insured plan
- Assists with timecard processing for payroll purposes
- Effectively interacts with employees and their requests
- Manage the performance management process, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and employee on a wide range of HR- related matters, including benefits, compensation, and employee development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including employee files and data
- Stay current on all relevant laws and regulations and advise management on best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of HR regulation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
