Location: Madera area| Compensation range: $20-$23| Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm|Benefits: Exceptional Benefits Package
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
  • Resolve any issues related to payments, including customer inquiries, discrepancies, and disputes
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely processing
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including preparation of payroll checks, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to payroll processing
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including Sales, Finance, and HR
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in AR and Payroll, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and payroll principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Word
  • Experience with payroll software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner
  • Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
