We are seeking an experienced accountant with a background in the farming industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our farming business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Compensation: $70K-$80K| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm| Benefits: Exceptional Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the farming business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards
• Identify and implement opportunities for financial efficiency and cost savings
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement financial strategies
• Provide financial guidance and support to management and other stakeholders
• Keep abreast of industry developments and changes in financial regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on the farming industry
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamics
• Familiarity with financial regulations and industry standards in the farming industry
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
