Job Summary:
The Data Analyst – HR will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting HR data to support strategic decision-making. This position involves working closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive our talent management and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, experience with HRIS systems, and the ability to manage cross-geography reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct trend analysis and predictive modeling to support workforce planning and talent management.
- HRIS Management:
- Manage and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Cross-Geography Reporting:
- Develop and manage cross-geography HR reporting to support global HR initiatives.
- Standardize data collection and reporting processes across different regions.
- Provide insights on regional HR trends and performance metrics.
- Talent Management Support:
- Analyze data related to recruitment, retention, and employee engagement to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of talent management programs.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the HR team.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an HR environment.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
