Salary Range: $185,000 – $225,000 base + up to 30% annual bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, planning, and operations for this legacy agricultural firm. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial acumen, leadership experience, and a passion for agriculture and family-owned business dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Oversee accounting, treasury, and compliance functions
Partner with ownership and executive team on strategic growth initiatives
Manage banking relationships, capital structure, and investment planning
Implement financial controls and risk management protocols
Drive ERP and financial system optimization
Qualifications
Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience, ideally in agriculture or manufacturing
CPA or MBA preferred
Strong understanding of family business governance and succession planning
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Desired Software Expertise
Candidates should be proficient in industry-leading platforms such as:
SAP
Oracle NetSuite
QuickBooks Enterprise
Microsoft Dynamics
Power BI or other financial analytics tools
