Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, managing social media, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and website.
  • Coordinate and organize marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
