Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations within the company. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Oversee cost accounting and inventory management.
Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Coordinate audits and prepare documentation for external auditors.
Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in manufacture industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
