What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank and credit card statements
• Managing general ledger entries and assisting with month-end close
• Tracking expenses and maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting the accounting team with ad hoc tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
